“I needed installation of a new sump pump into an existing pit. Torrisi Plumbing was referred by a neighbor who had a similar service performed last summer following a week of torrential rain. I called and requested a proposal and received a very prompt reply. The contractor rep arrived on the day agreed upon looked at my plumbing and submitted a proposal that included 2 options. Choosing the option that met my need we set up an install date. The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, and professional at all times. Work was completed per the bid in a timely manner and the end result neat, tidy, and unobtrusive in my basement space. I would typically get 3 bids for a job like this but Torrisi came so highly recommended I was confident making the choice and not doing that in this instance. Always risky I know. The plumbing contractor, it's service department and plumbing technicians came through and I'm satisfied I got high quality work at a fair price. I put in New Washers 4x and this last time the water was still coming out fast (and that's with that line shut off, but was still pouring out). So I contacted Sure-Fix and set up a time for them to come out. Initially I called back to see if there was a Service Fee, they told me that they needed to see the problem first. Justin came out, looked at the problem and gave me a Very reasonable estimated price to fix the issue and install a New Frost Free Outdoor faucet. “Anthony was a blessing! I had an emergency water line issue and Anthony was the Man to answer the call. His prices are fair and hhis workethic is to be respected.
