I have worked with this group in the past and am a return customer. They were extremely helpful when my hot water heater went out. Came out gave a fair estimate and were there two days later to put it in. Great expereince and great job!!!

Ed and Tim are the best, masters of camera service for your lines, extremely thorough and they don't give up. They'll also be honest about the time and the rates as they are going, esp. if the service is starting to take awhile. Ed will stay till the end to get at the bottom of a potential problem and offer great solutions! Don't remember the name of the older gentleman who addressed our very old gas lines, master plumber, he was fantastic, too! These guys are superb models of old school work ethic! Not like some of the young folks coming through, now. Where we hesitate is that the charges are not transparent.. that's frustrating and disheartening that a lot of trades...read full review

We have used Cordia plumbing several times. We do not even ask for a bid because we feel like their prices are very fair. They have replaced toilets, shut offs, and other miscellaneous items for us. Unless something changes we will continue to use them.Services: Toilet repair
