Zach was amazing!!! He not only nicely answered all of my ridiculous questions but talked to me like I was a human not just a customer. He told us how to prevent further damage and explained in detail what he found in our drain. He was polite and kind as well. I felt very comfortable having him in my home with all of my children and animals.
