“Our water heater suddenly went out and we needed a licensed professional for a diagnosis and replacement under our home warranty. Our home warranty recommended someone who was unavailable for at least a week. Koehne was recommended by a friend and we were fortunate to get someone in the next morning between 8-8:30 am. Mark was here before 8:30! He was VERY polite and informative! He was also very mindful of our carpets surrounding the closet in which the heater is located (in our living room above our crawl space). He made sure to avoid letting any excess water get onto the carpet and I also noticed he took the towel we had put in to soak leaking water last night and cleaned up the tile floor in our entryway after taking the old water heater out!! When I had to take my dogs out he was calm and caused no alarm for either dog (but especially the one that has more issues with strangers (more specifically men)). The new heater was delivered quickly and efficiently. I REALLY appreciate the fair pricing, professionalism, promptness, and quality work performed. “Wanted to share my experience with C&L Backhoe, who repaired and replaced my outside sewer issues I’d been having for quite some time. Couldn’t be anymore pleased with Jeff, the owner, and Luke, his son.They let me know what would take place and when, taking care of all prep work, including telling neighbors the day before that the street would be closed to through traffic, and not to park on the street, (as often happens), since a huge portion of the street was dug out deeply where my sewer connects with the city.They were not only very professional, and knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly, and most helpful to me explaining the process, doing even more than required than they had to by repairing the clean out area in my back yard that looked so bad from a service who damaged it accidentally, and Luke lowered the clean out pipe with a new cover so I’d not have that problem again.They worked very precisely and were extremely neat and orderly about all of their materials needed for the job in my yard.Was hard to believe I’d be able to use water so quickly, but I did in less than 3 hours from starting which was much appreciated!Now I’m only waiting for the 2 months (approximation), time Maura gave me for someone to return to fill the area in with more dirt as it’s been settling since the job was done in July, and if necessary will lower the pipe that’s extended out of the ground. I didn’t know if that was my own responsibility or not, and Maura let me know they’ll definitely be back to finish that for me.I could not refer ANYONE more than C&L. For something I knew very little to nothing about, (but sure do now), and have had several other companies here over a period of a couple years since buying my home, I feel they were the very best company for me and for this job.I’d recommend them to anyone, and no I wasn’t paid for my review! I believe in giving credit where credit is most definitely due, because oftentimes we don’t mention when we’re pleased with a company nearly as much as we do when we complain!No complaints here!
