I would say that Dr. Hagan is an artist. He removed implants that had resided in my chest for 30+ years and gave me exactly what I had dreamed of. He is also caring and personable. I would highly recommend him for any type of surgery.

The New U Salon Suites has been an amazing place for me to grow my business. I’ve been here since March 2020 doing just eyelash extensions. Then, I went to cosmetology school Fall of 2020. After graduating in 2021 from Cosmo school, I continued to grow my clientele, and services at The New U. Best decision ever.The salon suites Natalie has built, are beautiful and trendy. Natalie has also been great to work with, and rent from. I had to get my hair trimmed and cleaned up. Autumn took the best care of me and did a fantastic job with my semi-curled, thin-ish hair. Lynn seems to be a pro in her field. While I was watching her, she was also supervising her staffs with their customers and giving some advice, which I absolutely loved to see. Great place for a great rate!
I love this barbershop. This is the only place near me that still takes walk in's. Everyone has been very polite. It's getting harder to find places that do flat tops. I've been here several times and Dawn has done a great job. There is not a lot of seating or parking but it's worth it for a good haircut R. Lewis

Today was the first time I tried Trendy Nails. Really nice owners, not super busy, clean. The cleanest nicest nail salon I've found in Idaho Falls. Walk in friendly and great pedicure every time. Prices are reasonable, they did a great job on our nails and toes. I have never been more satisfied with a nail salon. They are extremely customer focused and seem to care about the finished product and not just getting your money. I recommend either Jenny or Tango. They treated me like royalty and took such great care of me. Definitely recommend this place. You will not be disappointed if you try it.

I haven’t gotten my nails done in along time, I’m a severe nail biter so it’s hard to find someone that’s willing to help. . I have a two year old and haven’t really taken any time for myself. Hanna did my nails and fit me in for a pedicure that I didn't book before hand! First, the salon is very nice but on top of that so are the people! I hardly ever get my nails done because of some bad experiences but I might start going more regularly here. The pedicure was lovely and my nails are so pretty. Hanna made sure I liked everything at every step and chatted with me the whole time. It was genuinely a good experience.
Also there are some really mean reviews on here I'm not understanding. The people are nice and the atmosphere is good. I saw something about it being more expensive than the person thought but yeah, add-ons will always extra and quality work costs more.
Update: I went back to get my nails done for my wedding and specifically booked with Hanna again. My nails are perfect! They're exactly what I wanted! I just wanted to update so people know it's not a one time experience that went well. Their work is consistent. She even mentioned that if I had an issue with my nails before my honeymoon to come in so she could fix them before we left which I thought was so nice.
I recently had my first appointment with Sara Hart and I'm so happy with how my hair turned out. After wearing extensions for the past 3 years I was so unhappy with how my hair seemed to be worse over this time period. I did some research and decided I needed to try IBE extensions. After a little more research I knew I had to go to Sara Hart at Generations Salon, she is an IBE Elite Artist. Not only are my extensions perfect, the color and cut are AMAZING!!! I highly recommend Sara if you are looking for extensions.

I am the worst and Sheri is the best! I NEVER wore sunscreen on my face until I found Sheri. She is helping me recover from 40 years of destructive skin abuse and neglect! So sad to have to leave Cecilia:( we travel across the US for work and I found Cecilia when we first got to idaho falls to do my lashes for my engagement pictures!! I can’t say enough great things about the employees at this location. I came in needing a new toilet tank lid and they had it for me in minutes. Also went in looking for a new faucet because I currently have no water pressure in one of my sinks and this amazing guy (didn’t get his name) and wonderful girl walked me through how to fix this problem without needing the faucet. Rubin came out to take a look at our HVAC that wasn't cooling for us in this heat! I'm a very curious person and he let me tag along with him and answered all my questions. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it in a way that was easy to understand and made the repair efficiently. I had an emergency that required a plummer. The plummer that came was friendly and efficient. He was helpful and gave me his professional opinion on the problem. He explained what was needed to fix the problem and upfront about the price before he started the job.
They addressed the main issue and fixed it! They did it in a timely manner and was able to fix it the same day we called. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them if I have any more issues down the road.

I had high expectations, but this plumber excelled them all. They were prompt in their arrival, provided me with a thorough explanation of the issue and the way it was resolved. They also offered me some advice on how to prevent such problems in the future.
I have made the mistake of hiring the wrong people to do the right jobs, being naive in decisions and research when it comes to plumbing. Handymen are not plumbers; sprinklers and landscapers are not plumbers, and that's where I went wrong. When I called, I was greeted with kindness and understanding as I rambled on.
Today Will and Weston showed up as scheduled; they took their time to explain what the problem was and how it could be fixed. They were both courteous, professional, and respectable and explained what they were doing and how long it would take. They did an amazing job, and everything is now working as it should, and the cost was fair with no hard selling. After calling multiple electricians for a job dealing with running data lines for a fiber network. Not wanting to accept the basic black line dragged across the front of the home and a gaudy hole punched in the side of our home. Wheeler Electric is one of the few who not only said yes we can, but also came out to give a free estimate, ran the line professionally through the attic,down behind the wall and installed face plate. A few months ago the boot around one of the pipes sticking out of the roof failed and water leaked into the house and damaged the ceiling in a hallway. I called Roof Rescue and let them know. They asked me to send them pictures of the roof and the damage inside the house. Which I did. It took them a three days to respond and send one of their crew to repair the boot. Then it took about a month and a half for the repairman (********************* of Henderson ************************************************ to come in for fixing the ceiling. But Roof Rescue kept me well informed about when that would happen and explained that their ceiling repair sub-contractor was overbooked. Well, eventually, all was done and the ceiling looks absolutely great. One cannot tell the difference between the previously damaged zone and the rest of the ceiling. While at it, *********************, the sub-contractor also fixed a few popped out nails near the damage (and helped me replace a light I could not reach). I am really satisfied with the level and quality of service I received from Roof Rescue and from Henderson ************************************************
All-Pros has been cleaning my carpets for a couple years now, and I won't trust anyone else to do it! They are professional, honest, and they do a GREAT job! I have very sensitive skin and they make sure to take the extra time to make sure there is no left over residue on my carpet, and they leave fans so that my carpets dry Super Fast! We hired Classic Flooring to put in LVT on two levels of our house, plus carpet on the stairs, the bathrooms being done in a different style of LVT. They did a wonderful job! They were on time, helped us move a couple of pieces of furniture that was to heavy to move out of the house. Chase who installed the LVT. knows what he is doing. He is very kind and courteous. Then they sanded and stained existing ans new oak flooring so you cannot tell the difference between the old and the new oak flooring. The crew was awesome. We would highly recommend Shadeworks for an awning project. We love the new awning that we have. The entire process was so easy and I kept wondering when the problems would occur. I called these guys after voles destroyed over half my lawn and spending almost $500 in fertilizer and it still looking rough. He came out and gave me suggestions without requiring any commitment from me. He did one treatment and within a week my lawn was greening up and growing better. By 6 weeks my lawn looked amazing and my neighbors were asking what we were doing. After the second treatment, areas that never grow are starting to grow in. It will cost me less having him come all year than it will doing it myself the first half of the summer. I also asked if he could let me know before he comes so I could get my dogs inside and I have not had any issues with this he has let me know before each service. Highly recommend him.
I live on a hobby farm so our house is prone to bugs. We have been a customer since 2017 and we have never had mice in our house because of the service from Gem State. During the summer if I see a earwig or a spider I call Gem State and they are at our house within the week to do a reservice for free. I will NEVER cancel my subscription with this company. I do have dogs that roam our property. Willy just calls/messages me before he's on his way so I can have my dogs in the house. I appreciate that text cause I know he's coming. Initially I had called because of a single pest issue but now I think that I'm going to switch and use A1 for regular treatments.
2023, I scheduled a sprinkler blowout. They kept rescheduling until after freeze out. 2024 I discovered a blowout caused by a burst pipe. 2024, asked for l a tree work estimate. They provided one that I could not afford. I asked for an estimate for reduced work. I got ghosted for that. Then i found a business that did twice the work for half the price. I scheduled a sprinkler blow out for 2024, Senske wanted to blow out a WEEK BEFORE the canal shut down! When the technician showed up, because he didn't know the capabilities of his service truck, we nearly didn't get the job done, and then I had to train him how to blow out my system. Three strikes? No four strikes!

I never thought I would say this, but I actually enjoy going to this dentist! I went to a few in the past and they were not only more expensive but never actually listened to me. You are guaranteed to be heard and also never feel pain or judgement. I had to get quite a bit of work and they only were nice and friendly about everything. They not only walked me through it all but truly got to know me. My family found out forever dentist as long as we live in this area.

OK, I have been submitting reviews on Dr. Frandsen since moving to his practice in December 2018 and starting a dental implant procedure and replacement of a bridge covering 4 teeth with crowns. As previously mentioned, I have never experienced a dentist with the level of expertise, care and enthusiasm as Dr. Frandsen. His entire staff also is professional, experienced and have the same care and enthusiasm as him. It has been a joy to go through the 3 month implant process as everything went as planned and on time as explained by Frandsen at the outset back in December. Even the lab that Frandsen works with, Treasure Dental Lab, Cresta, has the same commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction as Dr. Frandsen. Cresta really cared that my crowns were perfect. Today was the final installation of my implant and crowns and upon seeing them I almost cried right there in the dental office. I felt like I was seeing the true me for the first time in years. All the problems from my previous crown of 30 years were resolved. My lips could not hold back my desire to smile big and proud of my new teeth. I have not smiled this broad in decades. I can honestly say I looked at Dr. Frandsen and said, “I know I’m paying you for this, but THANK YOU so much for giving me my smile back!” I look forward to being a patient of Dr. Frandsen for years to come as I know my teeth will be in great hands. Decided to try and find a chiropractor that could help with all the neck pain and headaches I was experiencing. I used to wake up every day with a headache and now it is substantially less frequent! Dr. Miller helps with the causes of why things are happening and not just finding a quick fix thatay last for 3 weeks and then you return to the same pain you were in. Both Dr. Miller and Erin are phenomenal! Even if you just started going they treat you like you e been friends for years!
I have received massage and lymphatic therapy at this location. The staff is amazing, caring, and really interested in how you feel during and after each appointment. I highly recommend them to everyone I speak to. The lymphatic drain therapy is definitely worthwhile. I feel so much better after completing the 8 sessions in my program. 5 star all the way.
I have been to several Chiropractors over the years and none was as effective as Dr. Callaway. His staff are so helpful, caring and they put up with my four young (and very busy) children. Dr. Callaway has helped immensely with all of the young mom aches and pains (back, wrists, ankles, sinuses, etc) both during and after pregnancy. This office also offers laser therapy which I would also highly recommend. Do your body a favor and make an appointment.
My family and I have been seeing Livingston for over a decade now. I work outside on rough terrain lifting 50+ pounds so my back goes through a lot of strain. Dr. Nelson is very good at finding what is wrong and fixing it. He does not give up until he is satisfied that he has corrected the problem. I schedule quarterly appointments. He is very entertaining, usually humming some country song as he re aligns your body. I would not consider going anywhere else. I have been going to him as needed for 5 + years and will continue as needed. Having your neck adjusted can be a little nerve racking for me. He was very good at helping me relax so that he could efficiently correct mine. This was huge. I strongly recommend him.
I first went to Tom for a rib, I popped out of place. I have a physically demanding job and I am constantly sore. He has done multiple adjustments for me. I always feel so much better after going. Very happy with how he does his stuff. Good conversation, good results.

My dog was suffering from a ruptured tumor. Her regular vet was unable to get her in and she was in a lot of pain. I called and luckily they had a spot open to get her in. It was super lucky because after her exam, I went home and noticed her tumor getting worse. I sent an email just to see if maybe they had a cream that would help the pain. In the morning they contacted me and got her in for emergency surgery. They saved my dog and I am so grateful for them. You can tell that they truly care about the animals they help. I am so impressed and will be taking my dog from now on.
They got my sick dog in very quickly at 6 am. She received immediate and thoughtful care, and the price was reasonable for after hours care.

Absolutely 5 stars! I flew my mom in from Arizona for a special stay at the new Xhale Bungalows, and we were blown away by the experience. Xhale put together a fantastic spa package for us, including a massage, facial, and pedicure, which were all perfect. We spent the evening soaking in the hot pools, and our bungalow stay was the icing on the cake. The room was beautifully designed, with a King adjustable bed, large screen TVs in both the bedroom and living area, and a cozy electric fireplace. They even left us a thoughtful snack basket with cookies, popcorn, and coffee. My mom felt so pampered and stress-free the entire weekend! Highly recommend Xhale Day Spa for a night, a weekend, or even a whole week – you won’t be disappointed!
Dr Wood took the time to listen to me, and I actually met with the doctor and not a P.A, which is uncommon. Her expertise in back pain and migraines made me feel comfortable. It's so great to have a female pain doctor here in eastern Idaho. Her team and office were so kind, and I could get right in without a referral. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Mr. Bitter, my driving instructor, was very patient, and he was great at raising my confidence behind the wheel. I found him easy to understand when he was explaining the various rules and maneuvers of driving, and I am glad that I was able to have him as my driving instructor. All in all, I highly recommend this driving school.
The instructor was amazing. She worked with my crazy chaotic and tight schedule. Some of the teachings were intense and not what I expected but she made sure I understood them. Drivers training was different with me than it was for my son. She explains everything, is polite, and gives great advice for the real test. Awesome job
Our oldest son went through the BW Driving program for his drivers education. We live 12 miles from Idaho Falls and Greg came out to our home to take our son to and from drives throughout the program. Stacie was super great to work with. We have many other kids and we will be using this group again.
i just tested out this last Saturday and i have nothing but good things to say about the instructors out on the range. Big thank you to Darwin, Brian, and Eric. them guys really know what they're doing and they really just want you to succeed. Also a big thank you to Emma for always getting the drive schedules out as soon as possible.
