I called these guys after voles destroyed over half my lawn and spending almost $500 in fertilizer and it still looking rough. He came out and gave me suggestions without requiring any commitment from me. He did one treatment and within a week my lawn was greening up and growing better. By 6 weeks my lawn looked amazing and my neighbors were asking what we were doing. After the second treatment, areas that never grow are starting to grow in.
