They're great in sending a reminder of your up coming appointments. They will come in between appointments if you need them to free of charge and they are always mindful of your schedule. It's been years since we've had a spider in our house.

Gem state has been fantastic to work with! Last summer we were at our wits end with all things creepy crawly! After they came its been night and day! Bugs be gone! Then we had mice this past winter and they came to my rescue! This summer has been an incredible difference from last! I would completely recommend this company, everyone I have worked with Mike & Brennon, Amy they have been so fantastic.
