Universal Flooring knew their products and were able ascertain our needs. We have been very happy with the results. They were very accommodating towards us by storing the producs for nearly a year until we were ready for the installation. We trust them and feel like we made new friends.

I have worked with Jason and Sandra for a few years now as a sales rep for their flooring, an installer for their floors, and now as a contractor purchasing and sending clients to them. They are phenomenal husband and wife duo and greet to work with. They genuinely care about their clients. They offer a great buying experience for clients and they are super great to work with as a contractor. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and Sandra is so inviting. I’m glad they are in business. What a great experience. We replaced our 20 year old carpet. The new carpet is beautiful. We are so pleased with the look and feel. We chose a cushy pad which really enhanced the comfort of the carpet. The installers did a wonderful job. I will recommend universal flooring to anyone looking to replace their old worn out carpet.
