Wow, what an experience. I am very happy with the service and follow-through from East Idaho Carpet, they saved my carpet completely.I started my day calling every carpet cleaner I could because my husband dropped almost a full quart of paint down our carpeted stairs. While many were sympathetic, they all said, “we can’t do anything for two weeks, you should think about replacing the carpet.” Since this was the only good carpet in my house, that was not an option.Mike, not only made time in his schedule in his schedule, he did everything he could to help.
