“We went in immediately as we called ahead and set up an appointment time. Saw at least 4 or 5 nurses, and Doctors to consult with. So, we marched on to the Emergency room at Northside Hospital at Forsyth which was only a matter moles away. Again, we were seen immediately to start the ball rolling. They were so incredible and did the tests needed to see the big picture. I did not want to go back into hospital but would follow their lead. Finally got the answers needed for my condition, I could go back home and treat things as my own Dr was advicing and on top of things. My life was in the balance and the Urgent Care and the Hospital saved me again. They deserve the utmost prestige, and uncommon valor for my time endurance with them, and it was all about the people who had my interest and my back in this most challenging time I am going through. They all deserve a10 in my book, and I am forever in their debt. Thank you Northside Hospital, and may God Bless all of you!“

“Went for walk-in. I was asked to fill the information online through a text message. As soon as the info finished. Was called in. The doctors assisting nurse (forgive me to forget her name) got me checked in quickly and checked initial symptoms and took swab test. In just few minutes, PA Dr. Kavitha came in with information and suggested medication for flu . Overall an excellent environment and no delays in attending to the patient.“

“My experience at Macley family been always the best ? i was looking for Primary care hospital and I found Marie the NP on Zodoc back in 2022 and since then been going there and Marie been Gentle polite very informative extremely sweet, and professional. And also Dr Clement helped me when i was completely sick.“

“We have been going to this urgent care for years. We have never had any issues. I usually go right when they open to avoid being there too long because it definitely can get packed at times. They used to let you schedule a time online but since Covid you just have to wing it. Everyone has always been friendly and service has always been top notch. I have 2 children and like I said we have been at this location several times. The only issue we have ever had was my daughter needed antibiotics for strep throat and I was told that I may have an issue with stock of the antibiotic. When I went to CVS I was told there was none within 20 mins from my location. I called to the urgent care and asked them to change the prescription to a different antibiotic and the doctor refused and they suggested I find a different pharmacy. I explained I did not plan on spending my Saturday searching for medication. And if I told you she was allergic you would have no choice to change the prescription, they still refused. The next day I called 2 walgreens before finding it. Went to pick it up only to be told they do not accept my insurance. Was told to go to the Walmart which was across the street and luckily it was in stock and they took my insurance. Again this was one doctor and 1 incident. And we have been here several times so I will keep my 5 star rating. Last time I was at a regular emergency room THAT took forever. Ill take CHOA anyday!“

“This is a great clinic to visit - it's open every day and the staff is organized and thorough. The waiting area is spacious and you don't have to worry about sitting near someone who might be contagious. All the Reagan Medical Clinics can access records to the other locations, which is helpful if you typically go to one closer to home or work. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and caring, and at the same time clinical and professional. I highly recommend it!!“

We signed in online, waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and less than 20 minutes to see the Dr. We saw Dr. Patel…who was very kind and explained everything to us. He even pulled up pictures to show us examples of what he was explaining to us. Would highly recommend this office!!“

“BRANDY! She was amazing.... a true care giver going e extra mile while buried in patients! I have to give a big thank you to the Buford site. With back to back appointments for curbside covid all g with all day walk ins, they are running full speed. My 14 yr old was low grade fever and coughing. Wanted to rule out strep and flu first. I did have to go to Duluth for strep but sent me back to Buford for flu with an apology that machines taken and couldn't perform. Buford said to come right over and stay in vehicle call to let them know. Brandy came out and did our check in then asked questions and administered flu. When it came back negative I inquired about the rapid test and how far out it's booked. 5 days typically. She said they try to confirm appointments throughout day to release them back for patients but not ideal situation. She sat inside looking and confirming trying to get us seen. We left and she called to tell me they had a slot open if I wanted to turnaround and come back. Not only did she get my sock son in (who tested positive!) but she was able to test me as well showing negative. She still Swabbed me again to send out for affirmation on results since rapid have about 20% false negative Regardless, she went above and beyond and for that I am thankful and appreciative!
