The front staff and the medical staff are always friendly and efficient. The building is fairly new and well maintained. I have never had to wait longer than twenty minutes even as a walk-in. I sincerely appreciate their close proximity to my home and the concern of the staff.
The practitioner Ms. Esland Jueneue was thorough in her examination and encouraging. The staff were courteous and pleasant. The wait was minimal. The facility was clean, well decorated and the seating was set up for social distancing. They offered masks for children and adults, mints and bottled water. So glad we could come here instead of GOING TO the emergency room.
Everyone at this facility were amazing! I came in for strep throat and Dee the Nurse Practitioner took extra care of me. It was a seamless experience from beginning to end- from checking in with Katie to getting my vitals taken with Aseret and Ashley. They were very friendly and listened to my concerns. Suzie discharged me and helped me get the medication I needed. Highly recommendUpdate: the last few times I’ve had Erica who is phenomenal!!!
