We had a great experience here! We signed in online, waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and less than 20 minutes to see the Dr. We saw Dr. Patel…who was very kind and explained everything to us. He even pulled up pictures to show us examples of what he was explaining to us. Would highly recommend this office!!

At my visit today the staff was nice & really had no wait. Felt like I was in & out. My complaint is with the documentation in my chart. It shows that I had a sore throat which I never stated that. In the documentation under the physician examination it states “Posterior oropharyngeal erythema”. The physician or physician assistant never examined my throat. She only looked at my ears & listened to my heart/lungs. This is inaccurate documentation.

I worked with NGPG for 5 years. I've been a patient with them for far longer.And my urgent care visit with Miral Patel was one of the worst experiences I have EVER had.The issue which I was coming in for was one I frequent experience with. I went in to obtain a refill for the medication I use for those situations and for a work note.From the moment the doctor walked in, there was absolutely no empathy. You could tell it was a "get in and out quick" situation.And when I attempted to ask if there was a different medication that might more specifically target the source of my pain, instead of pain in general, she automatically assumed I was just seeking something stronger...read full review
