We went in immediately as we called ahead and set up an appointment time. Saw at least 4 or 5 nurses, and Doctors to consult with. So, we marched on to the Emergency room at Northside Hospital at Forsyth which was only a matter moles away. Again, we were seen immediately to start the ball rolling. They were so incredible and did the tests needed to see the big picture. I did not want to go back into hospital but would follow their lead. Finally got the answers needed for my condition, I could go back home and treat things as my own Dr was advicing and on top of things. Amanda my PA was amazing. I had to return for a follow up and she listened to all my concerns. She genuinely cared about my symptoms and empathized with my condition. She even made me laugh which is always the best medicine. I really look forward to good customer service as it’s very important to me - especially when I don’t feel good. Thank you Amanda for what you and all the great people at Northside Urgent Care in Sugar Hill do. You are all heroes to me!! Merry Christmas!!

Absolutely fantastic help and care from the staff at the Sugar Hill, GA Branch. “…how can we care for you today…” greeting exemplified how I was treated from the initial registration to departure. Amber Chambers PA, provided excellent and personable consultation and follow up, with detailed diagnosis and prognosis. I highly recommend a visit to this location if you are ever in need of fast and efficient healthcare.

We are located at 5910 Suwanee Dam Road Suite 100, between Outback and Ashley River Rd. Our center is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Feel free to walk in, no appointment is necessary, but we do recommend Saving Your Spot Online and E-Registering to reduce time in the waiting room.
