I went in today, the nursing staff and doctor were great! But the front receptionist was rude. I believe her name was Lisa but I am not positive. She asked for insurance cards which I sent to the email they had provided, and then she yelled ma’am at me multiple times because she couldn’t see the photos which had not loaded yet. She then was talking to the other receptionist and very rudely told her “I can handle it I did not ask for your help.” While I was in the back being seen, my friend was out in the lobby waiting for me. This Urgent Care provides excellent service all around! The team sees patients in a timely manner, explains things well and send prescriptions quickly. I highly recommend this Urgent Care and the Family Practice!
