“Colony Roofers are prompt, professional, and have great communication. I want to add that KYLE IS THE BEST. We started the process of getting a new roof in April, we had water literally leaking in our master bathroom. Our insurance company dragged their feet, gave us more than one adjuster, and it took 7 MONTHS to get our new roof. Throughout it all, Kyle followed up at least weekly, did multiple inspections, sent detailed reports, and overall had a great attitude. I believe we would not have a new roof without him. He stood up for us with the insurance company and made sure that things actually got done. I'm sure he knows the way to our house by heart since he has had to come out here so much lol, but he was so pleasant and chill every time, even with it being really hot or really cold. We now have a beautiful new roof and no leaks!Thank you so much to Kyle. Request him if you go with Colony Roofing! And I suggest that you do. :)“

“I had a bathroom leak that ruined some subfloor. The tile floor needed to come out and some of the subfloor as well, dehumidifers needed to be brought in for several in the bathroom itself and also the crawlspace below, and mold remediation. I won't go into it all but the first company that came out was awful. The 2nd company gave me an estimate of about $5000. Based on a great review of Rytech of Georgia, I also called them and spoke to Doug who I believe is the head of the Georgia division based in Kennesaw. He came out and gave a quote of $2000. Yes, less than half the price of the 2nd company (the first company never even got back to me with an estimate) for the same work. I learned that a lot of these companies apparently will give on overly high estimate and tell you your insurance company will probably cover it even though they may not. Rytech told me upfront that it was unlikely that insurance would pay and I subsequently spoke to a public adjuster (which I had not heard of before but now highly recommend) who looked over my policy and said even if they would it probably would not be a good idea to file a claim if I could afford to cover it myself. Anyway, the Rytech crew came out and were a real pleasure to work with. Very personable young men. Whatever other estimates you get, I highly recommend Rytech Restoration for water damage remediation.“
