“Colony Roofers are prompt, professional, and have great communication. I want to add that KYLE IS THE BEST. We started the process of getting a new roof in April, we had water literally leaking in our master bathroom. Our insurance company dragged their feet, gave us more than one adjuster, and it took 7 MONTHS to get our new roof. Throughout it all, Kyle followed up at least weekly, did multiple inspections, sent detailed reports, and overall had a great attitude. I believe we would not have a new roof without him. He stood up for us with the insurance company and made sure that things actually got done. I'm sure he knows the way to our house by heart since he has had to come out here so much lol, but he was so pleasant and chill every time, even with it being really hot or really cold. “Frank responded quickly to a call for help. After a leaking pipe left several areas of my laundry room and basement wet and damaged, Frank delivered several fans and inspected for mold. His infrared photos showed where the water was inside the walls. After 3 days, photos of the same spots showed that the area had been completely dried. I would not recommend getting a leak and needing remediation, but if you do - call Frank at Water Out!“

“It was a pleasure working with Robert and PuroClean. Unfortunately our house has had two different issues in the past few months, but it was a good experience working with Robert on both. He is friendly, thoughtful, and really puts the customer first. The smaller issue was a water leak in our bathroom, and Robert came quickly to help us get the floor totally dried out. He was careful and thoughtful in his approach, and determined (correctly) after some investigation that part of the existing flooring needed to be pulled up to dry out the water which was trapped underneath. The larger issue has been a drawn-out saga of finding and remediating some mold in another part of the house. It has been a very difficult problem to diagnose and solve, and we talked to some other contractors who wouldn't even try to work with us since they didn't understand the problem and weren't willing to listen to us. In contrast, Robert took the time to hear us out, was attentive to our questions and concerns, and diligent to stick with us through an unfortunately long process. The jury is still out on the final status of that whole project, but my family and I really appreciated Robert's attitude of patience, kindness, and helpfulness through the process. I would highly recommend Robert's services to anyone with water or mold issues. Also, his pricing seemed to be competitive with some quotes we got from other contractors.“
