“Colony Roofers are prompt, professional, and have great communication. I want to add that KYLE IS THE BEST. We started the process of getting a new roof in April, we had water literally leaking in our master bathroom. Our insurance company dragged their feet, gave us more than one adjuster, and it took 7 MONTHS to get our new roof. Throughout it all, Kyle followed up at least weekly, did multiple inspections, sent detailed reports, and overall had a great attitude. I believe we would not have a new roof without him. He stood up for us with the insurance company and made sure that things actually got done. I'm sure he knows the way to our house by heart since he has had to come out here so much lol, but he was so pleasant and chill every time, even with it being really hot or really cold.
