They fully explained to me the process they go through to do a “health check” on my gutter system and reported back to me all findings. There was one spot that had bad water flow and they advised on all options and costs. No pressure selling. No complicated jargon or terminology to confuse or trick me. All in all we went with the best option because cost was minimal. If you want it done right and at the best price these guys are your best choice. “Awesome customer service!!Noland Roofing was at my neighbors house and I said "hey, I need someone to take a look at my roof because I had a leak"When he finished with my neighbor he came over said I can take a look now if you like. He walked the roof noticed some issues. Said I don't think you need to replace it right now. Told me what to look for to know when it needs replacing and took care of the problem that was causing my leak. No charge. AMAZING considering the 13k another company wanted to replace the roof. “Colony Roofers are prompt, professional, and have great communication. I want to add that KYLE IS THE BEST. We started the process of getting a new roof in April, we had water literally leaking in our master bathroom. Our insurance company dragged their feet, gave us more than one adjuster, and it took 7 MONTHS to get our new roof. Throughout it all, Kyle followed up at least weekly, did multiple inspections, sent detailed reports, and overall had a great attitude. I believe we would not have a new roof without him. He stood up for us with the insurance company and made sure that things actually got done. I'm sure he knows the way to our house by heart since he has had to come out here so much lol, but he was so pleasant and chill every time, even with it being really hot or really cold. “What can I say Kevin called said they would be at our place between 1-3 pm the guys called at 12:15 said they would be here at 1pm and they were showed looked the place over cleaned the gutter from ladders not up on the roof with a blower and blew out the down spouts did such a good job I guess my neighbor came over and they did his next door right after mine .
