My neighbor's water heater pipe broke...Epic vacuumed up the water, gave me information to dry out my studs, floor. They were efficient, took pictures of everything, monitored the moisture content. The crew cleaned up. They gave me an itemized cost list before I agreed to hire them. The office staff answered the phone right away. They helped me get all pertinent information for the insurance company.They are a keeper.
