He determined it was a problem with the roof, not the plumbing, but while he was here I asked him to turn up my hot water heater because my showers were luke warm. He discovered our hot water heater was on it's last legs, patiently helped us through the process of finding a new hot water heater that we could afford, and then aided us in applying for and taking out a small loan to pay for it. When he removed our heater to replace it, he discovered our hot water heater had been compromised below the floor line and had damaged a good portion of our floor. Jeremy called a water remediator, encouraged us to call and make a claim with our home insurance carrier, and continued to answer our questions by text even today, the Sunday after he had finished his work with us.
