“I just had Crawlspace Medic of Augusta perform some repairs and updates to my 1250 sq ft crawlspace in my home in Aiken. They repaired some water damage in several locations, replaced extensive insulation under some of the subflooring, replaced some foundation lumber that had been subjected to dry rot, and completely installed plastic vapor barrier throughout. My home is 36 years old and had not had any crawlspace repairs during all that time. Their service was exceptional, showing up when scheduled, performing work with exceptional quality and professionalism and assuring that the work was done right the first time. The owner, Kevin, was a delight to work with and offered several cost-saving suggestions. The price was very reasonable for the extensive work performed. “I recently had major damage to my fascia and soffits. I called several places, but no one returned my calls. Even though Mr. Raborn thought my number was a "telemarketer," he answered. When I explained the situation, he immediately set up a date and time for an estimate. My repairs were small, but I felt he treated me as if I was a major project that would be worth tens of thousands of dollars. He worked the project himself and noticing that I had lost some soffits around a dormer, he gave me a quote to fix it. I accepted his offer, because quotes were well within the ranges that I had determined on the internet, for my area. The quality of his work was unparalleled, and for both of the repairs his craftsmanship was better than the house's original construction. NOW, for me the truly important factors in customer service are integrity, reliability and honesty. Mr. Raborn demonstrated them all as he completed my repairs. He continually informed me of when he would be returning to complete tasks, and if he had a delay, he would address it openly. He seemed to have, at all times, my interest in mind, and he went into detailed discussions about the reasons he chose to complete a repair. He'd then let me choose, which option I wanted him to execute. I don't believe, nor do I wish to have any other roof repairs, soon. “Unfortunately these reviews only go up to five stars. I would hands down give a solid 10. Of our house was obliterated by an enormous oak tree a week ago. Took two days to remove the tree and initial restoration. Roofers unsure how to tarp it. Their intentions were to leave it open for a week or two until the inspection cleared, the structure sound to start putting limited bracing in.I reached out to many companies late on a Saturday afternoon Paul Davis responded within 30 minutes and was able to preposition a boom that evening and start working immediately the next day - literally saving thousands in water damages.They came with a full crew. They came with the boom they had generators accessible and not dependent on our electricity. The team discussed how to tackle the project and the safest manner and executed. It took him the entire day to tarp but at the end of the day I wouldn't have hired anybody else!Thank you, Paul Davis! And a big shout out to Mark and team!Service: Roofing“

“We had a wonderful experience with Impact Roofing installing gutters. Derrick was a wonderful sales representative that took the time to explain the entire process from what material would be used and the location they would be installed around the house. He made sure all my questions was answered. The young man that installed the gutters was on time, took his time installing each piece and made sure we were pleased with the work before leaving. Taylor came by to inspect to make sure everything was good. Overall, we were pleased with Impact Roofing.
