“I recently had major damage to my fascia and soffits. I called several places, but no one returned my calls. Even though Mr. Raborn thought my number was a "telemarketer," he answered. When I explained the situation, he immediately set up a date and time for an estimate. My repairs were small, but I felt he treated me as if I was a major project that would be worth tens of thousands of dollars. He worked the project himself and noticing that I had lost some soffits around a dormer, he gave me a quote to fix it. I accepted his offer, because quotes were well within the ranges that I had determined on the internet, for my area. The quality of his work was unparalleled, and for both of the repairs his craftsmanship was better than the house's original construction. NOW, for me the truly important factors in customer service are integrity, reliability and honesty. Mr. Raborn demonstrated them all as he completed my repairs. He continually informed me of when he would be returning to complete tasks, and if he had a delay, he would address it openly. He seemed to have, at all times, my interest in mind, and he went into detailed discussions about the reasons he chose to complete a repair. He'd then let me choose, which option I wanted him to execute. I don't believe, nor do I wish to have any other roof repairs, soon. HOWEVER, if I do, Raborn's Roofing and Restoration will be my first choice.Service: Roof repair“

“Unfortunately these reviews only go up to five stars. I would hands down give a solid 10. Of our house was obliterated by an enormous oak tree a week ago. Took two days to remove the tree and initial restoration. Roofers unsure how to tarp it. Their intentions were to leave it open for a week or two until the inspection cleared, the structure sound to start putting limited bracing in.I reached out to many companies late on a Saturday afternoon Paul Davis responded within 30 minutes and was able to preposition a boom that evening and start working immediately the next day - literally saving thousands in water damages.They came with a full crew. They came with the boom they had generators accessible and not dependent on our electricity. The team discussed how to tackle the project and the safest manner and executed.
