“As an employee of a restoration company in New Jersey, I was entrusted with handling my mother's water claim. Chandler did the initial inspection and found the source of the leak when the other estimators or field adjustors couldn't figure it out. He also discovered the mold and documented it so well that when the second field adjustor said he didn't see any of the mold, I sent the photo report to support our argument, and the mold mitigation funds were approved. Finally, Ryan, the project manager, went out of his way to pick up my mother from the hotel, along with all of her belongings and brought her back home instead of us coordinating with the family to pick her up. Ryan also made sure to call or text me to let me know everything was happening, which helped me explain to my mom where she felt satisfied.The entire situation with the leak, the prolonged battle with the insurance company to approve the claim, and the eventual restoration work was undeniably stressful for all of us. “Update: I had Crawlspace Medic go ahead and encapsulate my crawlspace, after having a dehumidifier installed by my HVAC company, and I was not disappointed. They took their time and did it right. Shout out to the team lead, Greg, who was extremely personal and methodical, staying late to make sure nothing was missed and everything was clean. In this day and age, that feels like a rare occurrence.

Kevin and his team at Crawlspace Medic are phenomenal. 1). Extremely responsive and timely from start to finish. I did very little waiting and things happened quickly. Great communication throughout. 2). The workmanship was excellent. They did a great job laying, taping, and staking the new vapor barrier. And they did another great job building my new access doors to my crawlspace to replace my old dry rotted ones. 3). Everyone was extremely pleasant and respectful. They also did not get annoyed with me checking in on them while they worked and asking questions. That's important to me. I like to know what's going on with my house and the work being done on it, but I also like to learn. 4). They were reasonable on price and there were no pressure tactics. They laid the options on the table and then just let me ask questions to make a decision for myself.

“I can’t do justice to the service and treatment we received from Matt and Paul Davis Augusta with words alone. They responded to our kitchen and bathroom issues almost immediately. Our family had a nightmare experience with another restoration company in Evans that dragged on and on.
