“After 60 years of marriage and helping four children and their families along the way, we decided that we would do something really "first class" for ourselves in our home in Sarasota Florida. We had purchased a home in Sarasota in 1999 and had done little to upgrade our house. We finally decided to have our kitchen, living room and dining room updated.
I looked at several sources and considered a few options. When I called Royal Remodeling & Design, I was so impressed by Stan, Natalie, Vic and Natasha, that I didn't consider anyone else. The design was imaginative and modern. The process was professional, completely detailed in goals and how we could achieve our redesign objective. We knew what the results would be before the project ever began!
Stan, Vic and Lili were terrific to work with, keeping us informed every step of the way.
There were no surprises along the way as this major "facelift" progressed. The crew doing the work were as professional and detailed as one could expect. More importantly, they followed up on the details that make a good remodel great. The project was completed on time, the results being quite stunning and transformative.

“Our home endured extensive damage from Hurricane Ian, leaving us without walls, ceilings, and floors after mold remediation. In search of a reliable general contractor who could not only restore our home but also carry out some remodeling, we diligently collected multiple estimates. Ultimately, we made the decision to go with Austin and Jeff M from Calusa Kitchen and Bath.

Throughout the entire process, we received invaluable guidance in the design and decision-making aspects. Their support was indispensable, considering the tremendous scope of the project, which involved a complete redesign of the kitchen and master bathroom, as well as electrical work, extensive flooring, trim installation, and interior/exterior painting. Each design meeting left us pleasantly surprised by the level of stress relief we experienced.

As is expected with a project of this magnitude, we had numerous interactions with the on-site tradesmen. We were delighted to find that the teams were not only polite and engaging but also enlightening as they meticulously addressed the details. The evident pride in their work reassured us that we were receiving top-quality

His ideas and plans met the same as mine. He embellished even more into the house.

His crew was reliable and skilled. The site was always left in clean conditions throughout the estimated contract timeframe.
He finished on time and his billing kept current with costs and timely. No surprises. Costs were discussed and he always came up with ideas to cut costs on materials if possible.
