“As an Interior Designer I knew trying to do a whole house renovation in Sarasota Florida from long distance would be difficult. I would need to find a quality contractor, reliable, honest and with some taste. I found all this and more with Royal Remodeling & Design.Stan started the process by carefully listening to our needs and goals and producing computer designs of our kitchen and bathrooms that clearly defined the project. Their showroom on Main Street downtown Sarasota allowed us to pick out all finishes at once including cabinets, quartz countertops, porcelain tile wood planks and other products to making sure the colors and textures flowed. He worked with us to find the perfect tile backsplash and fit in desired kitchen appliances.Vik, our project manager on the job, was patient, efficient and very detail oriented. Their subs and employes were all perfect craftsmen and we never doubted the quality of construction. “Titan Garage is stellar! Firstly, customer service is extremely reliable. Noelle monitors the emails and will get back to you very quickly. The quality of the work is the best. Scott (owner) is very knowledgeable on the available flooring products and will not compromise on quality. I elected to have a quartz-bases polyaspartic flooring put down. The crew were spot on time, very professional, communicable and polite. They spent the whole morning on detailed prep work preparing the floor to accept the coatings…this was hard and detailed work requiring heavy equipment. They made sure that every inch and corner was properly prepped. Several coatings went down and again, I was impressed with the quality and detail as the crew made sure coverage was complete to the point that they were on hands and knees reaching crevasses with a hand brush. The final product was way better than expected! Neighbors have been over and so impressed that they have hired Titan for their garages. I highly recommend this company for their quality of work and product, Scott’s experience and knowledge of the different products and choices was impressive. The professionalism, efficiency, respect and cleanliness of the working crew was much appreciated. Noelle’s handling of customer service could not have been easier…she makes it stress free. For the most part, their subs were excellent - great work ethic and great results. The project involved tearing out all flooring, plumbing and electric cables and rebuilding two bathrooms, as well as moving and removing walls and reconfiguring ceilings.The project grew during the process, as is usual, but Brett and Dan rolled with it and gave us a beautiful new home. Both renovations were done in a timely and professional manner. I can confirm what the other reviews have said about Dan & Tom.Dan's strength & talent is in work coordination & communication – he kept things moving along and never failed to keep me in the loop. He was on-site just about every day to ensure that there were no surprises or problems. He never failed to consult with me, and if I needed it, he gave me good advice. Dan made living through two on-site renovations painless. All this while also working with the building management downstairs in this condo high rise, and keeping them happy as well.All throughout this process, I can't say enough about how Dan kept me informed about the schedule, and in both cases, the projects were done on time or early.
