“Gillys Custom Homes was my builder for my home in Charlotte county Florida. Our home is a 3 bedroom 3 car garage on an average lot. Brandon Gilly is an exceptional young man who is a no nonsense, up front, honest individual. During our construction process i lost my wife, the most devastating period of my life. It was at this time I discovered what Gilly's Custom Homes is all about. Let me be candid, Brandon was like my family back home. Hurricane Ian, inflation, building supply shortages, manpower shortages. Gilly's Custom Homes wrestled with these issues and came out on top.Everyone in the office: Keisha, Brandon and his daughters were just so kind, sweet and professional. My favorite was Ian. If you called him he always answered and explained why things proceed the way they do. Sometimes things do not make sense until explained. I do realize prices went up during my construction process, but Brandon and Ian did their best to keep their prices down. Also sometimes suggesting a lower priced alternative. I'm sure at this time I was a bear to work with. By nature I am a demanding take no for an answer person. I expect nothing but perfection and Gilly's Custom Homes met my standards and delivered on all of the promises they made. This is a new home and we will see how she holds up. I have had a couple of good storms come through but so far so good. I will be using Gilly's Custom Homes on the next house I build.“

He was able to correct the problem and my new flooring is beautiful! Great Workmanship, customer service, quick turnaround, professional, neat and clean.
