Nautilus was amazing. They were collaborative and proactive to my project on my mid century home. I have worked with other contractors, they do not compare. Ryan and his team were by far the most professional and supportive people I have worked with. The supervisors were knowledgeable and very responsive to any issues that came up. There were no surprises as everything was discussed personally and documented through change orders. I felt the business side of this company was as good as the talent they employ. I valued the excellent communication of this team which other firms fall short.

Nautilus builds the most beautiful homes in our area. The custom work and attention to detail is out of this world. I worked closely with Brittany for several events hosted at one of their custom builds and can’t rave enough about how wonderful she was.
