I called in the morning with an emergency, because sewage was backing up in my shower every time we flushed the toilets. The sent someone out ASAP within 2 hours. They sent me a picture of who would be arriving for safety reasons. James was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what I could expect and what each step would cost. I could customize what needed to be done immediately and what could be done at a later date. James even explained how to replace the inside of the toilet float should I decide to do it myself. It was a pleasure to work with him and Jones & Son Plumbing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.“

He came over to assess the area around the heater as it was a tight fit in a corner and next to a sink. Then he returned at 6 p.m. and installed the new water heater.
