I had replaced my stems and seats and the hot water would not come out of the faucet. I had 2 other plumbers tell me the valves needed to be replaced but not why when the seats and stems were good. Tom came out and ascertained there was a small clog and after some different ideas couldn’t repair it. THEN I understood and had the valves replaced quickly and easily. Thank you Tom!
