What was wrong within I’d say 20 minutes I think right around there, told me about some other things that could be an issue in the future, but wasn’t pushy. That’s the thing with means I’m in sales and I appreciated him not saying trying to push and push and push because I do have family and friends that can do the smaller type stuff. If I could give him 10 stars I would. It’s all about referrals I was referred to you now. All refer people to you. “Metro-air is a great family owned business. They are honest and friendly. Communication is great too! We have used them for service and maintenance for the last several years but when our old unit decided to stop working, the owner, came out himself to take a look. It was time for a new unit. He went over three different option in three different price ranges based on our needs. He took his time and never rushed us into making a decision. He gave us the information we needed to make an education decision on what we needed to do. A lot of people now a days rush you or make it about sales. Not metro air! The installers, Andy and Jay, were great too! They were efficient and kept me in the loop on when they would be done so I could arrange everything around meetings. They cleaned everything up perfectly too!“

“I want to thank Lens Air, a few weeks ago the came out and checked on a drip I had, it wasnt anything and they didnt charge me but today, I want to give a BIG thank you as my townhome is getting a new roof and I recieved an email from my maintenance company that the roofers stated my AC is sparking. So I called Lens, they came out and went on the roof and spoke with the roofers as well as they could and found out the roofers cut the electrical. Lens took a pic and sat with me while I composed an email to the HOA and the maintenance company explaining what they saw and was told. They will come back after the electric is fixed and before I put the AC/heat back on to make everything is good to go. Thank you Lens for helping and being patient with me. You will truely get my future business and recommended.“

“This is Bob Tenten. I was taught to be a craftsman starting when I was five years old. I still love making and fixing things (even at 87 years old). The two Sun Up technicians who came to install the new AC system were faced with the challenge of placing the large air handler in what seemed like an impossibly small space in the attic. They did it, though! Unfortunately, I wasn't there to see them do it. However, in my working career, I was in charge of many projects using my own teams as well as contractors, and I was able to spot the poor, average and star performers. These two young people are, without a doubt, high up in the "Star Performer" category!! I still smile as I think of all the aspects of their "performance" that showed their professionalism and capabilities. .....and they also were nice, pleasant people.“

“The two employees from Adirondack Services just left my home. They were here to replace air handler coils. They arrived at 8:15am and left at 10:30am. During this short period of time they took out the old coils and replaced them with the new coils.Kyle was the lead installer and did a fantastic job. He answered all my questions and kept me informed of his progress. His associate kept the flow going by doing what ever was needed by Kyle in the attic.I have only been associated with Adirondack Services for 1 year. During this period they installed a new Trane Unit and did a scheduled maintenance on the unit.They are prompt, reliable and are knowledgeable with their work. I know that if necessary I can count on this company to keep my unit running for a long period of time.“
