I was very happy with the service & quality of work from James Meriott of Jones & Son. I called in the morning with an emergency, because sewage was backing up in my shower every time we flushed the toilets. The sent someone out ASAP within 2 hours. They sent me a picture of who would be arriving for safety reasons. James was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what I could expect and what each step would cost. I could customize what needed to be done immediately and what could be done at a later date. James even explained how to replace the inside of the toilet float should I decide to do it myself. This business is professionally managed. I made an appointment that had a two hour window. They called me prior to appointment and was on time. They sent me a picture of my technician for safety. Mr. Meriott was friendly and informative. He gave me options and we came up with a plan that worked with in my budget and plans on future work to be done as budget allows. Very important to me now more then ever. He left everything clean and made sure I was satisfied. Jones and Sons in the plumber to call, in my book. 5 ?
