“I was very happy with the service & quality of work from James Meriott of Jones & Son. I called in the morning with an emergency, because sewage was backing up in my shower every time we flushed the toilets. The sent someone out ASAP within 2 hours. They sent me a picture of who would be arriving for safety reasons. James was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what I could expect and what each step would cost. I could customize what needed to be done immediately and what could be done at a later date. James even explained how to replace the inside of the toilet float should I decide to do it myself. It was a pleasure to work with him and Jones & Son Plumbing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.“
