“The temperature control valve of the shower/bathtub faucet only output scolding hot water. No cold water. The faucet worked yesterday, but not today. Eddie of FAST of Florida identified the failed part, carried a new spare in his truck to replace failed part, replaced the part, then cleaned-up the shower/bathtub area to a better condition when he had arrived.At another showerhead faucet the water had a much reduced temperature range. Eddie adjusted the faucet's temperature control valve and restored the full hot-cold temperature range. Further, the showerhead leaked where it was threaded-on to the pipe. Water flow was low. Eddie repaired the leak and water flow improved 100%.“
