“They were simply awesome from the time they answered the phone to the total completion. I called on Monday morning, we were without hot water over the weekend and desperately needed help that day. I called one and they couldn’t get it done til midweek. Somehow, they popped up on my screen, I called, they were so professional in hearing our needs and getting all the correct information to replace our hot water heater, had someone come out within the hour. We had Jim as our tech, who was super courteous and super efficient, he called and was able to get the right heater and equipment he needed to fix it that day. We live in a condo and it was a tight job, but he did such an excellent job and was finished in a few hours, left everything so clean, they really live up to their name. Their organization, efficiency and customer service was so amazing, I felt truly blessed, I couldn’t thank Jim enough, I would definitely recommend them without a doubt.“
