They were simply awesome from the time they answered the phone to the total completion. I called on Monday morning, we were without hot water over the weekend and desperately needed help that day. I called one and they couldn’t get it done til midweek. Somehow, they popped up on my screen, I called, they were so professional in hearing our needs and getting all the correct information to replace our hot water heater, had someone come out within the hour. We had Jim as our tech, who was super courteous and super efficient, he called and was able to get the right heater and equipment he needed to fix it that day. No price mystery, all standard by the book. Great service from Carlos, will be using this company again. We have hired Pink Plumbers and Red Cap in the past and the prices seemed high and not based on anything aside from the personal whims of whoever showed up. Carlos brought a price list and stuck to the price. It felt more honest. And he did an excellent job, replacing our kitchen faucet and rebuilding our bathroom toilet. David actually arrived earlier than booked to install my new water heater. He thoroughly explained the price options and details for me prior to the work. Although it was a big investment for me, I am very happy with the end result. If I have other plumbing needs in the future I will contact the Clean Plumbers again!
