I had no contact info for the installer and called Air Comfort Service, Janice at the office researched and found the unit was under warranty and was there same day to fix the system. “I've had Commander Air out to the house a couple times after I bought this house in Pace. For one call, JC changed out the FPL monitoring equipment that was defunct but still active, no problems. Given their excellent service history, I went straight to Commander Air for my heat pump when it gave up the ghost. It was not repairable (pre-2006 with R22 freon and a leaky coil), so Charlie came out to assess the situation, proposed (3) different replacement options with no pressure and left it to me to decide. I was able to get more details on the various quotes with immediate responses to my questions. Even the big guy Cole Commander texted and emailed me asking how things were going and if I needed anything else going forward. I ended up buying the upper end system they had proposed, based on the answers to my questions and my own personal research. They immediately scheduled the install on a day of my choosing. Todd and Anthoni showed up exactly on schedule, knocked out the install which included both the heat pump and the air handler, refinished the air handler closet, put in a new concrete pad, changed out all the associated wiring and plumbing (which I didn't expect), and fully tested the system before leaving. They did a clean and professional job. They even didn't mind that I was asking questions about what was going on and why things were the way they were. These guys were all great!!! The whole experience was hassle free and reasonably priced. I'm very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend Commander Air, Charlie, Todd and Anthoni to anyone with an HVAC issue. At least give them a chance to compete for the job. Oh, and the Daikin One system is performing quite admirably! I'm just glad it decided to die in the fall rather than mid-summer! Thanks“

Jada in the front office was so pleasant and moved very quickly to get an appointment with one of the company's plumbers. “I was so lucky to find John and Trinity about 8 years ago for maintaining my old unit and replacing my ductwork in my newly purchased older home.
Recently, the transformer outside my home took out my AC.
He was here the next am. It had blown the circuit board for the inner fan.
My home was due for a new unit anyway so it was time for a new AC.

Seth is absolutely AMAZING. We were expecting to wait for the install, they were there the next day! They helped set us up with financing that was VERY affordable. Wade gave me some tips on what type of filters to buy. Rob was very patient with me in explaining how to work the new thermostat (I am not a techie). Armor wasn't the cheapest, and they weren't the most expensive, but they are simply THE VERY BEST.“

“They were amazing and great price. Came out and did a completely free estimate to have our air ducts replaced because they were sweating so much it was leaking through the ceiling. They came in and took out the old air ducts and put the new ones in :) they even hung them up vs just laying them across like the old ones were. They used drop cloths and vacuumed everything up when done. Will definitely be the first person I call for anything heating/air related.“
