“There are so many things to like about Doug Parson's Stucco. They have office staff that answer the phone, they are friendly, they do what they say they are going to do and communicate well. I had some stucco repair that needed to be done on my home and they gave me options that no one else did. These fixes should resolve my issues long term and were less costly. They also found some other things that needed attention while digging into one of the problem areas and just handled it.I called so many stucco companies. The first guy did some of the work and then never showed up again. Some didn't call me back. Some just kept pushing out the estimate, some called but didn't show. I get there is a lot of work to be done after hurricane Ian, and everyone is busy. But these guys were just easier to deal with from every aspect and had the people to get the job done quickly and do a quality job.“

“Godfrey & Company were simply outstanding! The engineering competence, professionalism, transparency and integrity of the entire Godfrey staff and its contractors gave us confidence throughout this major undertaking for us and our home.At the beginning of our complete interior home renovation, Ed, Don and staff presented us with a comprehensive proposal, including a breakdown of all costs and a detailed set of 23 drawings that Don kept updated on a regular basis and when a change order was needed or requested by us. Our renovation lasted 4 months and included replacing 2,000+ sq ft of flooring, replacing our kitchen and two full bathrooms, upgrading our electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems, and a complete interior re-painting, along with other upgrades.While we were away during the renovation, Don and our project manager, Anthony, kept in virtually daily contact by text, email and phone. Godfrey also uses an easily navigable web site with complete job, management, financial and contract information. Daily or several times weekly, the web site was updated with a description of the day’s/week’s work with photographs and a description, and a text reminder was sent to us. Todd did a really good job putting in the cabinets . Recently I also had ship lap put on my lanai ceiling on the porch . She sent out Chris to do the job .
