“My husband and I needed to replace the drain field at our house that was in major disrepair. After calling different providers, I reached out to AAA Pro Plumbing and immediately spoke with Edwin. He came out very quickly to look at the job site in order to provide a quote and can share that Edwin was very knowledgeable, providing great advice on how we should proceed. He sent over the quote quickly (even though we didn’t pull the trigger and send over a deposit for another ~2 months). Edwin was great at communicating and setting expectations, explaining that it would take 3-4 weeks to complete the whole job, including pulling the permit, and that the physical job would take less than a work week, between construction and inspection. EVERYTHING Edwin promised, was delivered. We felt he went above and beyond to make us happy and accommodate our specific home’s needs. We ended up having to have a few changes to the original plan, which Edwin was able to accommodate quickly.
