“I called that morning to replace my hot water heater. Shelly asked me when.. I said today. She chuckled for a second. Then said okay… how about 2:00. I said that works. At 2:00 sharp their guy showed up. He came in and assessed the situation. He Immediately started covering and protecting my floors. Then went right to removing my old heater. Then installed the new one. No muss no fuss. Told me exactly how long it would take. He was spot on. After he checked to make sure everything was perfect he cleaned up and was out the door.
