They were excellent. I made an appointment for the next day at 9:00. The technician arrived on time, provided a reasonable quote and completed the job within the proper amount of time. I will used 4 Star in the future.

I appreciated the fact that 4 Star plumbing was more than willing to come out on a Saturday when others weren't. I got a call from the customer svc representative, Brenda, to let me know that the svc technician was on his way. The svc technician, Akil Rafi, was very helpful, friendly, and worked with me. I highly recommend 4 Star Plumbing Svcs.

First time using 4Star and was impressed with the plumbers who delivered their professional analysis of the issue with my banging pipes in upstairs bathroom. Solution was to test installation of water arrestors and so far seem to have solved the issue. Definitely keeping them in my contacts for any future issues!
