I waited about a month to review this to tankless hot water heater. I halfto say it does work great. My husband hooked it up and it has been working as it should. I like how I can adjust the temp from the box. I also love that it doesn't take up all that space like our tanked one did. It shipped fast and came undamaged. Living in Maine I thought it was gonna take forever but I am very pleased on the timing. Thanks Miami Water Heaters...

Great service. Spoke with Carlos and he had a crew out to my home, literally the next day. The crew was there by 8:30am and had replaced my very old water heater by 9:30am.
