We highly recommend General Plumbing. They are very responsive, professional and timely. The entire team has helped us various times with our home renovation with all of our plumbing needs. They also have much patience and show kindness for those who don't understand plumbing. They are busy and somehow always make us feel like a priority. I have been using General Plumbing for about 20 years in two homes. Jim has fixed everything from toilets, hot water heaters to exterior pipes. His pricing is beyond reasonable & he is ALWAYS professional, courteous, polite and keeps the areas he is working in CLEAN. They are always on time & efficient. Monica is very pleasant to speak with as well. I have reccommended General Plumbing to countless friends. I have gotten estimates from other plumbers (just to do my on due dilligence) and General Plumbing always comes in less expensive. Jim saved us!! Came the next day after I called late at night!! Leaky washer fixed in moments, new parts for running toilet, he is professional and kind!! Definitely our new go to tor all our plumbing issues.
