Alejandro and Lazaro are extremely professional and very quick with the services! They provided a new tank and installation same day, within hours of contact! Not only that, but they were able to re-adjust the tank due to a special request with no complaints. Payments & receipt was processed smoothly electronically. I am very satisfied with their service! Roofers noticed a loose drain vent while replacing shingles today :-( I called Dolphinz and Laz was able to come out within a few hours of my call. He scoped the pipe and used a localizer to determine where it ran through the wall so that he could access it. He fixed it right up, tested for leaks, and sent me videos of everything and explained what he was doing step-by-step. He even went to Home Depot to get a wall patch kit to fix the hole he had to make in the bathroom, which he left tidy. I also asked him to look at my leaky master bath toilet and he was able to address that issue as well at no extra charge. Laz was very personable and profesional.
