“My first consideration in picking a computer consultant isn't technical excellence. That's a close second. My first consideration is whether these are people I can trust, not only to do the job well but to accurately explain the issues and their associated charges. Any professional can tell you a job required any number of bench hours and if you're like me a computer is a black box you have no way to assert otherwise and have to pay whatever they want.I brought my problem -- and it was a big one: data recovery off an SSD drive -- to My Computer Tech and they retrieved the data on time and for a very reasonable cost. Are they the "cheapest"? I don't know, I didn't shop the job around. I chose them based on a five minute phone consultation from which I gained the strong impression that these were honest staff. I do know that an initial low-ball quote means nothing, and that later the savings can be eaten up by "unseen problems" once the cover comes off. My Computer Tech came in at the low side of the quoted range and I would have paid much more owing to the value of the data retrieved. I will be referring and continue to come back.“

“This review is long overdo!I took my Custom $5000 PC to Geek Squad at Best Buy on Univeristy Dr. Not only did they not complete their repair after the 10 days I gave them but they put a huge scratch on my case. They had to order me a brand new one.The next day I shopped around online and I found this place and noticed it was right near I worked. I called and told them the situation and asked if they can do a same day diagnostic and repair. He did mention it may be an additional day depending on the diagnosis which I was completely fine with but they got it done that day thankfully. Not only did they repair my PC but they did my cable management for me when the new PC case arrived and it was/is beautiful.I honestly wish and hope this place gets more customers and continues to be amazing. I will forever go here.I even bought a 4070 RTX graphics card from here instead of online just because I am forever thankful to this place!“
