Pedro is unfailingly prompt, available, and helpful. His technical knowledge is solid, and he gives you the story straight. His main concern is for the client's benefit and protection. He consistently goes above and beyond, so I recommend him without reservation.
Pedro is helpful, prompt, friendly, to the point, and extremely knowledgeable. He is an excellent teacher, as well, and looks out for his customers, with a focus on security and education. If you're a bit slow on the uptake (like me sometimes), he will walk you through patiently.
