My experience with Steve was an experience I find refreshing in every way. It was all about solving the problems and intermittent problems that most techs in my experience just have forgotten about. Steve took the time to get me sorted out until my computer was 100% not 90% but 100%. It had been a great experience. No doubt my go to guy.
