This review is long overdo!I took my Custom $5000 PC to Geek Squad at Best Buy on Univeristy Dr. Not only did they not complete their repair after the 10 days I gave them but they put a huge scratch on my case. They had to order me a brand new one.The next day I shopped around online and I found this place and noticed it was right near I worked. I called and told them the situation and asked if they can do a same day diagnostic and repair. He did mention it may be an additional day depending on the diagnosis which I was completely fine with but they got it done that day thankfully.
