“I don't come to this gym regularly, but every so often I get the chance to have a one on one workout with Ann, and I always leave feeling great. She really knows what she's doing. I often feel uncomfortable going to the gym because I don't know how to use the equipment properly, and I am often afraid I will hurt myself. However, Ann makes sure I am always in the right stance/position when working out in order not hurt myself and to get the best of my workout“
“I went to an orthopedic and physical therapist for hip issues. It helped short term, but about 8 months after my last physical therapy appointment the pain returned. I started training with Jon at MB 4 fitness. His strength training program has kept me out of the orthopedic and physical therapy. He listens and adjusts my workout based on current need.“
