Justin is the best of the best. He is thoughtful, intentional, and he customizes everything for your skills and particular challenges. I’ve done just about every type of fitness routine & lots of crash diets over the years but now I’m ready for a sustainable, long-term approach to a healthy life. That’s where Justin comes in— He has been the perfect coach in thinking holistically about health, fitness, and longevity. Also, his sense of humor makes the hard work more entertaining. He’s been great for me and my husband!

Just over a month ago I decided I had enough of being unhealthy and overweight, but I had tried so many times to exercise and lose weight on my own just to end up failing after a few weeks. This time, after caring for my mother and grandfather after their strokes, and knowing my father had poor health at a young age, I was determined to make a change, but I needed a little help. I needed someone to help me with accountability, because I could give up and effect no one but myself. I looked at personal trainers in my area and found one that I considered, but saw the second personal trainer in the search and really liked their website and services they offered much better....read full review
