“I’ve been working with Sean at Ascend for almost a year now! My focus has been and continues to be strength training (started with 0 experience). I can’t recommend Sean enough! He has shown great patience in teaching me the fundamentals over the months and has kept me steadily challenged as my skills and strength have grown. I feel so much better and stronger than this time last year! My energy levels are up and I can give my kids shoulder rides now and carry them around all day without pain/significant fatigue! I’ve also lost some weight to boot (though that has been more due to some adjustments to my nutrition I’ve been doing). If you can afford a personal trainer definitely give Ascend a shot!
